Refund policy

At HAWA, we want you to feel comfortable and confident in your purchase.

Faulty/Damaged Items:

  • If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us at modestybyhawa@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a refund or replacement (subject to stock availability).

Cancellations:

  • We accept order cancellations before the shipment confirmation email has been sent. Once the shipment confirmation has been issued, the order can no longer be cancelled as it has already been processed for delivery.

Exchanges:

  • Please Note: we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you will need to place a new order.

Returns & Refund:

Eligibility

  • You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Item

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Items must be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or body odour.
  • This applies to all products, including jilbabs, niqabs, khimars, abayas and gloves.

How to Return

  • Contact our customer service at modestybyhawa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide return instructions.
  • Send the item back securely packaged.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Customers are responsible for the return postage costs (unless the item is faulty).
